The wonderful Crown Center area of Kansas City, MO is the heart of our event. The race begins on Grand Boulevard, just north of Pershing in Crown Center. The host hotel Sheraton-Crown Center Exhibit Hall (Expo location) is located one block east at Pershing & McGee.
From the North on I-29, I-35 and Broadway Bridge:
Follow I-35 South and exit at 20th Street (exit 1D). Turn east (left) on 20th Street. Turn south (right) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.
From the South on I-35:
Exit at Broadway (exit 2U). Turn south (right) on Broadway. Turn east (left) at Pershing Road and continue to Crown Center at Grand Blvd.
From the South on 71 Highway:
Exit at 22nd Street and go west (left) to Crown Center.
From the East on I-70:
Take I-70 West to Downtown/13th St. (exit 2P). Continue on 13th St. to Grand. Turn south (left) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.
From the West on I-70:
Take I-70 East to I-670. Exit I-670 on to I-35 South. Exit I-35 South at 20th Street (exit 1D) Turn east (left) on 20th Street. Turn south (right) on Grand and continue to Crown Center at Pershing Road.
For the Health & Fitness Expo
Parking is available in The Sheraton Crown Center parking garage (Pershing & McGee St.) and is free (up to 3 hours) with validation from the hotel.
Race day parking is located south of the finish line area along 27th Street between Gillham Rd. and Grand Blvd. There are eight lots available free of charge for participants and guests.

Participants and guests are also able to utilize other parking opportunities available in the vicinity including Union Station but these parking opportunities may include an additional fee.
PARKING NOTE: The Kids Marathon will start at 9:30 a.m. which may hinder any participants or spectators wishing to leave from the Union Station parking until 10 a.m.
NOTE: Please allow yourself at least 45-60 minutes prior to start time (7 a.m.) to park, walk to the start, use the restroom, warm up and check gear on race morning.
